Flexi Boarding Service

Here at The Lodge we can provide overnight stays and day schemes for children enrolled at the school.  We recognise the overall importance of what a short break offers, not only for you and the rest of your family but as an opportunity for your child to gain more experiences.  The Lodge is on the same site as the school and we are able to build on your child’s existing familiarity of the setting to ensure a supported transition to what could be their first time away from home over the holidays or for an overnight stay.  The Flexi Boarding Service runs alongside our termly and weekly boarding provision. 

As The Lodge and the school are on the same site, we benefit from the onsite amenities such as; the sensory room, soft play area, gymnasium and playground. Our activities and timetables are tailored to meet each child’s individual needs and they incorporate a focus on improving each child’s/young person’s functional skills and independence.  

We aim to ensure your autistic child’s visit is fun and engaging; they are run by our own autism trained specialist staff and are perfectly designed as they are tailored to your child’s individual needs.  We also have access to the local community through the use of our two mini buses and MPV.  We support the autistic children and young people with carefully planned visits to local parks, woodland walks, cafes, cinemas, zoos and other recreational facilities.
