2. Mix the flour, salt and fast-action yeast together in a bowl.
3. Tip out the mixture onto a lightly floured work surface and knead for 5 minutes until you have a smooth springy dough.
4. Roll on surface with rolling pin and then use your hands to stretch it out
5. Add tomato sauce to the base and spread.
6. Add your favourite toppings and sprinkle on the grated cheese.
7. Put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
