At Robert Ogden School every member of staff is fully trained in working with children on the autism spectrum, including the taxi driver who brings your child to school.

The senior leadership team meets once a week during term time to discuss the pupils’ learning and development and welfare. The residential care team also works in school, providing support to the educational staff.

The personalised support team includes an educational psychologist, speech and language therapists, occupational therapist, a behaviour coordinator and a speech and language therapy assistant.
