A residential care home for adults with learning disabilities. It aims to promote confidence and empowerment for service users to gain greater independence and lead an active and fulfilling life. There is a transition service and individuals can access a variety of activities in the local community. Each service user is involved in designing their own support plan specific to their needs and access a variety of activities in the local community.
