The ADHD and Asperger's Team (formerly Transition and Liaison Team) is based at St Mary's Hospital in Kettering. It is a countywide service, which provides detailed diagnostic assessments and short term, focused interventions for adults aged 18+ years with the following conditions: Asperger syndrome, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Tourette's syndrome. It provides diagnostic and treatment services.
Follow up service: Yes.
Multi-disciplinary assessment: Clinical Psychology, Clinical Nurse Specialists and Occupational Therapy.
