Shintaido is a modern movement system based on Japanese Martial arts that helps with co-ordination and non-verbal communication. It is being run by an instructor diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome orgnaised by AutAngel which is an autistic organisation.

Aimed at: Adolescent , Adult , Adult sibling, Child , Child/adolescent sibling, Parent/carer of a child, Parent/carer of an adult, Partner
