Autism Initiatives, Cymru offer autism specific support to people with an ASD. They are registered to offer domiciliary support to adults in the community and supported living services. All of their services use a person centred approach which are autism specific and tailored to the needs of the individual. They work within a framework and methodology of understanding communication needs, expectations of individuals, their motivations and sensory perception. They create unique services for people with autism to enable them to learn, develop and to have ownership of their own lives and future. Volunteers are accepted to work within this service.
