Offers advice, advocacy, one to one and group support to anyone caring for a relative or friend who is in need of support due to age, illness or disability. Co-ordinates carers support groups, including a Young Carers project, and holds a wide range of information including respite care options throughout Scotland. Home visits can be arranged. Accepts volunteers.
