A 4 bed adult residential service in a semi-rural location with a large secure garden. High levels of staff support are offered to individuals with complex needs including autism spectrum disorders (ASDs). Focus is on providing a high level of predictability, development of trusting relationships and maximising communication (verbal and non-verbal). Good use is made of a range of local resources including college, sessions at day centres, use of local leisure facilities and country walks etc.
