Brighton & Hove Link Plus
Main information
Link Plus is a project for children with disabilities which provides family based care ranging from a few hours or an occasional overnight stay to full-time foster care. The aim of the project is to "link" families who require care with other local families who will help to share the care of the child. Referrals are made via social services, families and schools.
