My counselling service is in Westcliff-on-Sea in Essex and as well as my regular therapy work I offer private one to one counselling / therapy for those within the autism spectrum. I have extensive experience working with people who have autism in both Education and in Therapy. As every person I have met in the autism spectrum is different, I work with therapy models that meet their individual needs. I have an eclectic approach to therapy and can work in both cognitive and creative ways according to client needs. I have developed my understanding and working practice with people who have autism as part of my M.A. and PhD research studies.
