Regard are offering the opportunity to be part of the development of a brand new supported living service for people who have a learning disability, autism or complex need. It will provide 24-hour support, promotion of independence and integration into the community for tenants enabling them to live the life they choose.

Connexion Street is a large building within the town centre that has been developed into two bedrooom, self-contained flats. The property is being completely refurbished to a high standard throughout. The first floor will have two 2 bedroom self-contained flats and on the ground floor there will also be two 2 bedroom self-contained flats. The development is being led by individual need on the ground floor. • Quality checking and health and safety
  • Changes to the living environment
  • Self-assessment through person-centred planning
  • Integration with the local community, including support to take on part-time work, either paid or voluntary.
