Calderdale Portage and Early Years Support Teacher Team comprises of the Portage Home Visiting Team and outreach Early Years Support Teachers. All give advice and guidance to parents and professionals working with under fives with Additional needs and Disabilities. We support children in their home, in their pre-school setting, maintained nursery or Reception class.
