Multi-agency assessment and diagnosis for children with additional support needs aged 0 to 5 years and living in the Clackmannanshire local authority area. Referrals are accepted from all relevant professionals and also from parents/carers. The service jointly provided by Clackmannanshire Council and the NHS.
