Community Places provides residential accommodation and intensive support which positively encourages development. The home is fully accessible to people who may have a physical disability and has of 13 bedrooms with en suite facilities. We also have a self-contained apartment and a two bedroom bungalow. Community Places provides a care package to service users who present with some challenging behaviours and complex needs. The majority of our clients have mild/moderate learning disabilities and these complex needs challenge mainstream services.
