Our Community Support services provide individualised support to build self-confidence and independence, helping people to get the most from life. They are designed to provide a wide range of support from domiciliary care to social support and are flexible to meet the needs of each individual. Cornerstone's Community Support service make a significant difference not only to the people we support but also to their families and carers. Support can range from a few hours a day to 24 hour care. Most referrals are via Moray Council but private referrals may be accepted.
