Darwin Domiciliary was launched in 2009 and is a small, community service based in Telford & Wrekin providing support to adults with Learning Disabilities. Darwin is committed to ensuring positive outcomes for individuals by promoting independence and developing skills. Darwin has supported service users to reduce their support hours and move on in their community, work or social environments. We can provide support to young people from 18 years old in a family home or help find a home with the help of a housing association. Darwin Domiciliary currently provides personalised care for 3 clients with autism in the community.
