EmployAbility is a service which aims to support disabled people to enable them to have the same opportunities for rewarding, meaningful employment as everyone else. It supports people in a range of employment opportunities in ordinary workplaces, to receive the same pay and benefits as everyone else; it helps find work experience and voluntary opportunities to help build CVs; and it provides advice and support with benefits and other employment related allowances. Employability aims to provide a personalised and integrated service to support individuals to increase their independence and opportunities.
