The Essex Learning Disability Partnership Board is a quarterly meeting. Its membership is made up of people who represent many of the key partners involved in developing commissioning and providing supports or services, including people with a learning disability and carers. The Partnership Board has a role to oversee and facilitate the development, monitoring and reviewing of services and supports for people with a learning disability.
