We offer Music Therapy Sessions to infants, children, adolescents, adults and elderly - individuals and groups- in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland incorporating singing, movement, musical instrument playing, songwriting, listening, and counselling. Through musical involvement in the therapeutic context, clients' abilities are strengthened and transferred to other areas of their lives. For example music can aid communication and can be helpful to those who find it difficult to express themselves in words.
