Type of service: Respite and short breaks, Family support and information services

The project supports people who are caring for people with any type of disability.They offer a wide range of facilities to all carers including information, advice, support groups, complimentary therapies, access to welfare rights advice, training courses, advocacy support and counselling. They work closely with the local social work and nursing team in a bid to identify hidden carers. The service also offers occasional respite to allow carers to have some time to themselves.
