The Bridge is a Local Authority funded all age school (2.5-19 years). It provides for pupils with severe learning disabilities, many of whom have additional needs including profound and multiple learning disabilities, sensory impairment and autism. Pupils with autism are taught within mixed ability class groups. Volunteers to work with pupils may be accepted subject to Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checks and an interview with School Management Team.
