Heart of Wales Holidays is an activity based supported holiday for adults with mild to moderate learning disabilities. The one-to-one support provided ensures that each individual enjoys a more personally supported holiday. They are now Person Shaped Support (PSS) approved respite care providers for short term breaks for adults with learning disabilities. They are now able to provide short term respite care as well as activity holidays.
