Helping HANDZ is the new name for the Hounslow Children with a Disability Network; it means Hounslow Additional Needs and Disabilities Zone. You can think of Helping HANDZ as a support network helping parents and carers of disabled children to find information, news and support. It also helps to bridge the gap between parents and the Local Authority, by helping to inform and influence local policy.
