I offer CBT, Psychotherapy and Person Centred counselling approaches. I assess individually to gauge which approach is appropriate and bear in mind the autonomy of each individual, providing strategies, coping methods and solution focused methods to help individuals move past any mental health and day to day struggles towards a more positive future.
