Jumpz Learning Disability Fitness
Main information
Offers a fitness class for people with learning disabilities, sessions are held in Derby College sports hall. A high intensity circuit and a low ball game circuit are provided. Full participation from carers is encouraged. These sessions have been shown to boost confidence and improve concentration. Classes cost £3 per person, carers free.
