Two full-time family support officers provide: telephone support and information; face to face discussion of problems and possible ways to solve them; help for parents to work with education, social services and health; awareness raising; 2 newsletters per year; several support groups for parents including one for fathers; and an active email information group. In addition the Trust run support groups for parents and carers in Medway, Canterbury, Maidstone, Ashford and Tunbridge Wells. They also run social skills groups for adults with autism in Canterbury, Medway, Ashford and Maidstone
