The Centre offers the following services to adults with a learning disability: appropriate personal care; person centred planning; ongoing total communication assessments including provision of photographic "passports" and visual aids; the chance to develop informal network and friendships; transition to independent living; further education, employment and leisure opportunities. Social work referrals.
