I initially trained as a Nursery Nurse and spent time working with children with severe and complex needs in addition to supporting child in mainstream school. Many of the children I worked with over the years had an autism spectrum diagnosis. Since qualifying as a Person Centred Counsellor and Play Therapist I have continued to work with children and teenagers on the autistic spectrum. I have also worked with young children and their parents who have needed support to increase their positive attachment and attunement with their child.

I am also a Crystal and Reiki therapist, and these therapies may help to support parents in need of relaxation and calm.
