The National Autistic Society can offer person centred support for adults with an autism spectrum disorder, helping them to gain work placements and paid and voluntary employment based not only upon their skills and qualifications but most importantly, their interests.

The service provides one to one specialist input and support for adults with an Autism Spectrum Disorder from an NAS employment coach. The 'Employment Workbook' has been put together to provide clear direction through the employment process alongside ongoing social skills development through the use of the 'Socialeyes' programme.
