Open Minds provides a support group for isolated disabled people 18+ years living in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. We meet 5 times a month either in the evenings and at fortnightly weekends. Our activities range from evening trips, days out, workshops and also our allotment. Volunteers are available and we do provide some support. However if you have complex needs you would best be supported by a personal carer or 1:1 support. You are welcome to come along and try out our service.
