I am an experienced Educational Psychologist (EP) and have experience in leading diagnostic assessment pathway centred on the empowerment of families and schools. I have a long experience providing Educational Psychology Assessment to children and young people who have an autism spectrum condition (ASC), and who may also experience comorbid barriers to learning including dyslexia, developmental coordination and attentional difficulties. I specialise in assessing those who present atypical or anxious-avoidant profiles and who are otherwise struggling to access assessment and resources. In this regard I support children, young people and families to access the support and resources they are entitled to. My Independent Educational Psychology Service provides the following services: Assessment (including in-depth developmental history, observation and the use of cognitive, educational and other standardised assessment), Strategic consultation and Staff training. Other disabilities catered for by the service are: Demand avoidance and atypical presentations. The service: provides independent expert reports; makes home visits; visits a client's nursery school or college; attends tribunals/educational appeal committees; has received autism spectrum disorder (ASD) training; had experience of working with people who have ASD; and offers Private rates..
