A charity providing specialist services for disabled people in the North East of England, The Percy Hedley Foundation promotes the rights, needs and aspirations of disabled children and adults. The Foundation now meets the needs of disabled people with cerebral palsy, communication impairments, sensory impairments and complex learning, social care and therapeutic needs.
