The SEND Partnership Service offers information, impartial advice and support to parents/carers of and children/young people who have SEND from 0 - 25 years. It offers: Support through the school based or statutory assessments; Co-ordinated plans and EHC plans; Information on the SEND law and guidance; Information on the parents/carer's and children/young people's rights and responsibilities; Preparation for meetings including annual reviews at school; Information about what pre-school/school/college can do to support children/young people with SEND; Communication with your child's pre-school/school/college to ensure they get the education they are entitled to; Details of independent mediation services; Details and support for tribunals.
