Relax Kids

Relax Kids is an exercise class for children with autism aged 4 to 12 . Classes take place at Michael Sobell Sports Centre and Llantrisant Leisure Centre. Please ring the STARS team for further information and to book a place. STARS classes are £1.10 for children. Accompanying adults are free. Some STARS classes do not operate during school holidays. There are no classes on Bank Holidays.
