Riverside Primary School & Children's Centre

Main information

The name of the unit for children with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is the Riverside Hub. This is a mainstream provision which accepts learners aged 5-11 years with statements giving autism spectrum disorder (ASD) as the primary need. Additional, fully trained support staff work with the children and there is a separate, smaller playground and chill down room available if and when needed. Volunteers may be accepted to work with the pupils.
