Sketchley and Forest House School is a multi-sited specialist school for pupils aged 8-19 years with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and associated conditions such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). Pupils may also have challenging behaviour as a result of their communication difficulties and lack of social understanding. Sketchley and Forest House School adopts a multidisciplinary approach to education using best practice from models such as Treatment and Education of Autistic and related Communication handicapped CHildren (TEACCH), and those developed in other Priory schools. Pupils have access to the National Curriculum, therapeutic services, life skills curriculum and fully differentiated and individually centred planning.
