Smile (formerly called SEARCH) provides support for children and young people within a domiciliary care setting (care based in the service user's home). Care/support can include everything from supporting at leisure activities to providing full personal care. We also provide health care support. Referrals: Most users are referred by either social services or health care funders. Self-referral are accepted.
