Supporting Parents, Events and Advice in Knowsley. S.P.E.A.K is an organisation run by like-minded parents, carers and families of children and young people with additional physical, emotional, social and educational needs. We offer support and advice, regular forum meetings, coffee mornings, newsletters, short breaks, stay and plays, a regular Sunday "family time" group, and we represent parents' views to the local authority.
