Type of service: Advocacy (general)

The service provides advice on additional support needs issues within educational settings. Tom Macdougall, a former Head of Education within a local authority, can make judgements on the suitability of a child's placement prior to legal proceedings and can liaise with education authorities as required. He is also able to give evidence in Tribunals etc on behalf of parents acting for their children.
