TyneMet is located between Newcastle city centre and the North Tyneside coastline. Our main campus is situated on the Coast Road, just minutes away from the city or the coast. Our Sixth Form College, Queen Alexandra, is located a few minutes down the road at Hawkeys Lane in North Shields. Both are very close to the attractions in Newcastle city centre or the surroundings of the coast at Tynemouth. A mix of work and play is on the timetable at TyneMet, from studies to all the extra curricular activities on offer. Students can get involved in a variety of activities and events across the College calendar. TyneMet College has a range of activities. We have devised a range of opportunities to help students to succeed. Throughout their time at TyneMet there are a range of activities and events students can get involved with.
