The Drive provides a safe, stable environment for service users aged 18 - 65 and upwards. They focus primarily on the individuals' emotional and physical well being, whilst addressing issues of socialisation and normalisation by providing 24-hour care from experienced and trained staff. The importance of building positive relationships is emphasised and it is hoped that as a consequence of these relationships the service users will develop an awareness of themselves; gain self-confidence and the ability to make choices and develop their social skills.
