Portage is a home visiting educational service for pre-school children with special educational needs. These may be pre-school children who have learning difficulties, delays in their development and/or physical difficulties. The Portage Team aims to help families by working with them in their home, helping them to meet the needs of their child. We only receive referrals/work with children 0-2 years (this is because of a lot of children going into settings earlier).
