This is an autism-specific & forensic transition residential service for 16-65 year olds. We provide specialist person-centred support to enable individuals to become more independent and to successfully integrate into the community. Through positive behavioural support we address challenging behaviour and build on the individual's current skills and interests to enable them to engage in a lifestyle that is meaningful to them. Another disability catered for by the service is forensic.
