I have many years experience in assessing and diagnosing high functioning autism with both children and adults in the NHS. I am trained in AAA, 3di and ADOS. I use an extended interview based on these tools. NICE guidelines state that a diagnosis should be made by two practitioners. I would make recommendations and advise as to where the person may go to get full assessment. I specialise in high functioning clients, not those with a Learning Disability.
