A multi-disciplinary support and diagnostic team for adults in the Western Health and Social Care Trust area (Strabane and Derry City, Fermanagh and Omagh District and a part of the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council area). Should you be given a diagnosis of autism, post-diagnostic support may include information and advice for you and your family, referral for support services, individual or group intervention, Carers Assessment.
