Whitstone is a spacious Victorian house set in an acre of grounds within easy walking distance of Dereham town centre. It is currently home to 11 service users who have access to four allotments which they maintain and a summerhouse used for creative activities. Walnut House is situated in the Grounds of Whitstone and is home to 4 service users. A greater emphasis is placed upon encouraging its residents to take responsibility for the day-to-day activities of everyday living. The service users at Walnut House are supported by a sleeping-in staff member at night. Their support during the day varies according to individual need.
