Windham Nursery School

Main information

Jigsaw is an 8 place borough wide provision for children aged 3-4 years on the autism spectrum. Admissions are dealt with by the local authority special educational needs (SEN) placement panel. Jigsaw staff use a range of interventions and strategies in order to meet the very individual needs of the children. Children experience structured sessions within a distraction free environment, they also access the mainstream nursery every day and have use of a sensory room and soft play room. Ofsted 2012 stated positive things about the school. Volunteers may be accepted to work with the pupils.
