Virtual cycle challenges

Join Team Autism and cycle your distance in a location of your choice, between the dates of 1 May and 31 December. Choose your route and run this distance which can be completed in as many or as little runs as you need. Complete your distance, submit your Strava or other cycle tracking app evidence and receive your unique, virtual medal!

3. Run and track your distance

Use your preferred tracking app or keep a written record to track your distance. Run your distance in one or as many days as you need, it can be in your garden, on your balcony or around your local park (please adhere to government guidelines and social distancing measures).

4. Submit your evidence

You need to submit your evidence once you have completed your challenge to receive your well deserved virtual medal and certificate. To do this please email events@nas.org.uk with your evidence and someone from the Events Team will be in touch.

5. Send in your photos!
