About the training
This 20-credit module has been validated at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. A practice-based course, it explores ways of working with autistic people in range of settings. It creates an opportunity to also learn from your peers who will consist of students from a diverse range of professional backgrounds, family members and autistic people. It will be of relevance to anyone working directly or indirectly with autistic people; including parents, health professionals, support staff, those working in education and social services.
Individual places can be booked through the University of Cumbria or it can be run in-house at your organisation (subject to appropriate numbers).
